I like your "Charlie Brown" tree, and mine has the same bare branches, AND, a ton of cat hair on the tree skirt....he just crouches under the tree like an animated present! Stick a bow on his head and dad would try to unwrap him!
I still say this is the saddest, most depressing NON-CHRISTMAS tree I have ever seen. I know, it works for you. I suppose at least you have one up as opposed to my house. :-)
