Update

The dramatic person just left for the day. After standing around and chatting for 5 minutes. Guess she is over it?

Drama

My workplace is usually very drama-free. It is why I switched from my old job to my new job. It is my favorite part about this place. But there is always one. One person who simply must be dramatic, less they die!!

This morning I made a mistake. I told her that I don't go into her workspace and move stuff around, so how about she doesn't move my stuff around? Her reaction was to inform me, loudly, that she can walk wherever she darn well pleases, GOSH KATIE!!!! And she proceded to walk away. Loudly.

This confused me a little because I hadn't said anything about walking. I don't care where she walks. I care that she moves stuff around. And then five minutes later moves it somewhere else. And then moves it again.

No, I'm not quitting my blog.

My life is just a little bit uninteresting lately.

I hired a full-time receptionist a couple of weeks ago. She is doing fine, I haven't had to work late since she started, and that was kind of the point in hiring her, so I'm happy.

A dog and a cat were adopted last Friday, it was a great day! I expect to hear from Petsmart sometime this week - The entire process has taken much longer than I anticipated, but we are almost to the point of actually taking some cats to the store and getting them settled. Hopefully they will be more visible there and find homes faster.

It is crazy windy here today. Rain is on the way.
